WLS was brought into the project by electrical contractor, Cilantro, to install fire detection and alarm systems in the communal areas of two four-storey apartment blocks, a ten-storey block and a 16-story block, along with the commercial accommodation at ground floor level in each building.
The project included interfacing the smoke detection and fire alarm system with the automatic opening vents (AOVs) on the upper floors, the smoke dampers, the access control system, the sprinkler systems, the lifts, the mechanical plant and the building management system (BMS).
