WLS Ltd is a Fire & Security installation and maintenance company based in West Dulwich,
South London. Our gate division is growing rapidly and we need a first-rate Automated Gate
Engineer with a minimum three years’ experience of working on FAAC / CAME / BFT
equipment in both installation and service.

Job Type: Full-time, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant discipline related experience.
• Field-based role, offering considerable independence, requiring strong self-discipline.
• Flexible approach to work, travel and at times unsociable work hours will be required.
• Good interpersonal skills, you will liaise with clients and staff at all levels.
• Must have a strong command of the English language.
• Must be reliable, punctual, diligent and a team player.
• FAAC / CAME / BFT installations and service (min. 3 years’)
• Full, valid UK Driving License.

We are a fire and security installation and maintenance company based in
Dulwich, South London. Due to the company’s growth, we are looking for a
Senior Commercial Manager to help deliver and oversee our specialist
installation projects.

  • Overseeing handovers between sales team and PM’s, monitoring jobs for variations
    and ensuring their inclusion on monthly applications
  • Defining a projects scope and goals by monitoring sites and subcontractors where
    we are under construction contract and evaluating the work carried out
  • Tracking payment applications and meeting budgetary objectives
  • Negotiating subcontractor fees based on staffing capabilities and updating
    subcontractor database

WLS Ltd is a Fire & Security installation and maintenance company based in West Dulwich.
We are looking to expand our Service Department due to the growth experienced and also
with the expectation to drive the growth from within.

  • Working hours are Monday to Friday 0830-1730 with possibility of callout rota
    Work in the Service Department to carry out high priority callouts and preventative
    maintenance on Fire alarm and Security systems.
  • Maintain open communication with Service Controllers regarding progress on jobs.
  •  Provide accurate and detailed reports for clients/office
  • Attend product-training courses in order to expand knowledge base and provide up-to-
    date technical assistance and support to clients.
  • Identify any opportunity to improve efficiency and effectiveness or process improvement.
  • Complete personal administration in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain all stock levels, equipment, tools and company property

We are looking for a Fire Alarm & Electronic Security Solutions Project Manager with a
minimum 5 years’ experience in the Electronic Fire/ Security industry. The successful
applicant will have a proven background in high end Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV,
PAVA, Access Control and Door Entry Systems.

Job description:

  • Manage multiple installations ranging from £5k to £2m.
  • Be responsible for timely labour and equipment deliveries to site and manage on site
    progress.
  • Ensure all variations to specifications are picked up and costed accordingly.
  • Perform risk management to reduce potential risks.
  • A strong technical understanding of these systems and experience working on domestic,
    retail and commercial based contracts/projects will also be advantageous.
    The position would suit a highly organised individual with strong leadership skills, good
    customer relations and the ability to manage multiple on-going projects (up to the value of
    £2m) and people.

Here at WLS, we supply and install high end fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV,
PAVA, access control, door entry systems and electric gates. We are looking for
someone to join as a gate manager, someone who will inspire and lead the gate
department

Job description:

  • Oversee sales of electric gates.
  • Project manage the design, making and installation of gates.
  • Communicate with both clients and engineers to ensure all parties are happy and informed.
  • Perform risk management to reduce potential risks.
  • Lead the engineering team to ensure efficiency across the board.

Gate Manager requirements

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills including attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office important but not crucial.

A technical understanding of automated gates and experience working on domestic, retail
and commercial based contracts/projects will also be advantageous but not crucial. We are willing to train up the right person, our focus is on leadership qualities.

WLS Ltd is a Fire & Security installation and maintenance company based in West Dulwich. We are seeking a highly motivated Commissioning Engineer to join the team.

This role requires a competent and suitably qualified engineer in commissioning and handover of Security systems, with good ability to communicate and liaise with our existing client base and provide solutions to their requirements; whilst meeting standards set by BS 8243, PD662:2017, NCP104 & NCP109.
The successful candidate must have Manufacturer qualifications in commissioning. They must also prove to be a confident member of a team, being able to commission systems in exclusive, high end, residential and large commercial applications while being able to adapt to the dynamic nature of client needs is also key to the role.

  • Report deficiencies or deviations in systems.
  • Knowledge of IP based CCTV, wired & wireless alarms with third party integration, IP based access control systems.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with customers and office team.
  • Liaise with the Project Management and associated personnel during projects.
  • Be health & safety conscious, looking at possible risks associated with the role and reporting as required.
